I am so happy to hear the influence she had on your life! I am her middle son. I will pass on your message to my brothers.

I had Ms. Tiller as an elementary music teacher from 3rd-5th grade at Murnin Elementary. She was one of my first interactions with music. I sang in her choir at school and played in the before school orchestra. I spent so much of my time in her classroom and even spoke with her once I moved to middle school. I had found out she passed away the year I moved to middle school and I thought of her often in all of my music classes.
Right now, I am student teaching in a middle school choir and thinking of the lifelong impact that Ms. Tiller left on me. I graduate in May with my degree in Music Education and Ms. Tiller is one of the main reasons I am here today.
I’ve been looking for way to let her family know of the impact that she has left on my life and then came across this page. She was an absolute gem and inspiration. ❤️❤️

I am so sorry she died she was like my second mom she always listened to me I could tell her anything
she worked at Allen as well as Murnin. she never gave up on me she was always there for me and I was always there for her we never gave up on each other. I could always tell my family problems and she would help me solve them. I would stay after school with her and we would talk and play games with her. and then my graduation came and I would leave her forever I should have failed should have s stayed behind with her she would have never died if It wasn't for me she would be alive I blame me for her death so give my thanks and cherish her until I get up there god
